What is OpenWolfpack?
OpenWolfpack is a distributed AI workforce platform for founders, agencies, and small businesses. Instead of hiring full-time staff or managing freelancers, you message an AI orchestrator called Alpha - often over WhatsApp - and it plans the work, assembles a team of digital employees, runs the tasks, and verifies every result before it reaches you.
Alpha Orchestrator
Message your goals in plain language over WhatsApp. Alpha handles orchestration, plans the runs, and coordinates execution end-to-end.
Always-on Cloud Pack
Instant, Tier-1 AI agents handle everyday volume tasks—drafting, data entry, research, and scheduling—24/7 with zero idle time.
Den-Backed Specialists
Locked tools, custom models, and sensitive operations route to real specialists and their local machines (the Den), ensuring high data sovereignty.
One message in. Real, finished work out.
OpenWolfpack works in four steps: you command Alpha in plain language, Alpha plans the work, the Pack executes it, and FangCheck verifies every result. You speak intent. Alpha handles orchestration end-to-end, letting you manage outcomes instead of tools, tickets, or freelancers.
Command
Send Alpha a goal in plain language over WhatsApp. It reads your Camp (your CRM, email, site, docs, and history).
Plan
Alpha opens a Trail and decomposes it into Runs, assembling the right Pack from your contracted specialists and tailored AI.
Execute
Packmates work through capability Kits. Missing a skill? Alpha posts a Howl to the Hunting Ground or runs a Cloud pass to keep things moving.
Verify
FangCheck grades every Run against the brief for quality, completeness, and fit, ensuring perfection before it reaches you for approval.
Always-on by default. Specialist-powered where it counts.
OpenWolfpack does work two ways - an always-on Cloud Pack for everyday tasks and Den-backed specialists for work that needs locked tools, private data, or human judgment. Most everyday work runs instantly in the cloud. The hard, locked, high-judgment work routes to real specialists and their machines. While Alpha decides, you simply see the finished result.
The default engine
- Drafting, research, summaries, data entry, and social copy: the everyday Runs that don't need a human in the loop, across whatever tools you already run.
- OpenWolfpack-operated agents. Reliable, cheap, and awake at 2 a.m. when your specialists aren't.
- The fallback that makes "digital employees" an honest promise, ensuring work never stalls waiting on a shift.
The premium tier
- Seat-licensed tools with no clean API, region-locked access, private and fine-tuned models hosted on the Den — see the Sovereign Layer, and licensed datasets.
- Private data never leaves the Den; only the finished output does. The specialist contributes results, not your raw assets.
- Expert judgment: compliance sign-off, domain advisory, brand-critical work a human owns and stands behind.
Where AI and Specialists Run Together
An always-on coordination network of computational speed and professional judgment.
An employee experience, not a tool subscription.
Command from WhatsApp
No new app to learn. Talk to Alpha where you already work. It remembers your business context across every conversation.
Alpha orchestration
Intent → plan → team → dispatch → verify. Alpha runs the whole loop so you're managing results, not coordinating people.
Community-built, OpenWolfpack-verified Kits
Capability kits spanning dev, prospecting, outreach, image gen, content, advisory, automation, QA, finance, and ops are contributed by the community and verified by OpenWolfpack before any Pack can run them.
FangCheck verification
An LLM-as-judge layer scores every Run against the actual brief before it ever reaches you. Bad output never lands in your inbox.
Multi-dimensional Track Record
Packmates are rated across ten distinct axes, moving far beyond a single vanity number. You see craft, reliability, pace, presence, and fit separately.
Always-on coverage
Specialists keep shifts like employees. When they're off, the Cloud Pack covers, ensuring work moves whether or not anyone is awake.
Built by the community. Verified by OpenWolfpack.
Capability Kits are skill modules built by the OpenWolfpack community and verified by OpenWolfpack before any Pack can use them. Kits are contributed by specialists and reviewed by OpenWolfpack before they go live, allowing the catalog to keep growing without ever shipping unvetted capability. Packmates equip the Kits they're great with through their Sledge sidecar.
One score hides the truth. We use ten.
Track Record is a Packmate's multi-dimensional performance history, scored across ten distinct axes including craft, brief fit, pace, presence, reliability, autonomy, and client satisfaction. A Packmate who ships beautiful work late is a different hire than one who's reliable but needs supervision. OpenWolfpack scores each dimension on its own, so you always know exactly who you're putting on a Trail.
The Den doesn't just bring a specialist. It can bring the model, too.
With Sledge, a Packmate can host an AI model right on their Den — open-source, fine-tuned, or domain-trained — and serve it into the Pack. The work runs where the data already lives. Nothing sensitive leaves the machine, and no single cloud owns the intelligence.
Private by architecture
Inference happens on the Den. Your documents, prompts, and records are processed locally and never shipped to a third-party API. The specialist contributes the model's output — not your raw assets.
Owned, not rented
Open models, fine-tunes, and domain-trained models that no hyperscaler offers as an API. No vendor lock-in, no per-token meter you don't control — capability the Pack owns through the people who run it.
A model that earns
A hosted model becomes a billable capability in the Pack. The machine you already own and the model you already tuned turn into a Share of the Hunt.
Turn your machine, tools, and expertise into a Share of the Hunt.
Share of the Hunt is the monthly payout you earn for completed work, allowing you to turn your machine, tools, and expertise into real income. You already pay for the laptop, the subscriptions, the domain know-how. Install Sledge, set your shifts, and let OpenWolfpack route real paid work to your Den.
Install Sledge
The sidecar that turns your machine (your Den) into a OpenWolfpack node, on your terms.
Equip your Kits
Bring the gear you're great with. Your prompts, sessions, and tools stay yours and stay local.
Host a model
Serve an open, fine-tuned, or domain-trained model from your Den and turn it into a Share of the Hunt.

What is OpenWolfpack?
OpenWolfpack is a distributed AI workforce platform. Instead of hiring staff or managing freelancers, you message an AI orchestrator called Alpha, and it plans the work, assembles a team of digital employees - AI agents and real specialists - runs the tasks, and verifies every result before it reaches you.
How is OpenWolfpack different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. OpenWolfpack executes work end to end. Alpha breaks a goal into tasks, assigns each to the right AI agent or specialist, runs them, and verifies the output. You get finished, delivered work - not a conversation.
How is OpenWolfpack different from a freelancer marketplace?
You don't browse, vet, or manage people. You message Alpha and receive finished, verified work. A specialist marketplace exists underneath, but Alpha handles the hiring, task assignment, and quality control on your behalf.
Can a specialist run their own AI model in OpenWolfpack?
Yes. Through Sledge, a Packmate can host an open-source, fine-tuned, or domain-trained model on their own machine — their Den — and serve it into the Pack. OpenWolfpack verifies hostable models the same way it verifies Kits, so capability is vetted before any Pack can use it.
Where does my business data live, and is it safe?
Everyday work runs in OpenWolfpack's cloud. Sensitive, licensed, or domain-specific work routes only to a specialist's machine, the Den. Because a Den can host models locally, your raw data is processed on-device through the Sovereign Layer and never sent to a third-party model API. The specialist contributes the finished output, not your underlying assets, so your private data stays local on the machine.
Does my data leave my business when a model runs?
When a task runs on a Den-hosted model, inference happens locally on the specialist's machine. Your data is processed on the Den and only the finished output returns — it isn't sent to a third-party model API.
How are specialists and their tools vetted?
Specialists earn a multi-dimensional Track Record scored across quality, brief fit, reliability, pace, presence, and more. Capability Kits are contributed by the community and verified by OpenWolfpack before any Pack can run them, so unvetted capability never ships.
What happens when my specialist is offline?
Specialists keep contracted work windows like employees on a shift. When yours is off, the always-on Cloud Pack covers the task and your specialist verifies it on their next shift - so work never stalls waiting on availability.
Who is OpenWolfpack for?
Founders, agencies, and micro, small, and medium businesses that need real work done - outreach, prospecting, content, research, automation, advisory, and operations - but can't afford or don't want to manage full-time teams.
